This policy describes how Tarun Mishra, trading as Trust Payments, an individually operated business at Godrej ECity, Electronic City Phase 1, Bengaluru 560100, Karnataka, India, handles personal information. You can contact us using our contact page.

Information collected

When you check out, we collect your name, email address, phone number, shipping address, order items, totals, payment reference and payment status. When you submit our contact form, we collect your name, email address, optional phone number, topic and message, together with an enquiry reference and submission time. A hashed network identifier is used to limit spam; do not include sensitive payment information in your message. Our server may record request metadata such as IP address and access times for operation and security. Your bag is stored in your browser’s local storage; we do not use advertising cookies or analytics trackers.

How information is used

We use information to create and fulfil orders, arrange delivery, assist with enquiries and refunds, prevent abuse, and meet applicable accounting or legal duties. We do not sell personal information or use order information for unsolicited marketing.

Payment and delivery partners

Payment details are entered in Razorpay’s checkout and handled under Razorpay’s privacy policy. We store payment identifiers and status, not card numbers, CVVs or UPI PINs. Necessary name, contact and address details may be shared with delivery providers to fulfil an order.

Storage and retention

Orders and contact enquiries are stored on our server with access restricted to authorised operators. Contact messages may also be forwarded to our support inbox through our email provider when email forwarding is configured. We use the email address you supply to respond to your enquiry. Enquiries are retained while needed to resolve your request and associated complaints or legal obligations. We retain order and financial records where needed for fulfilment, disputes and applicable legal obligations. Other information is deleted when no longer necessary. No online system can guarantee absolute security.

Your choices and requests

Use the contact page to request access, correction or deletion of personal information, or to raise a privacy concern. We may verify your identity and retain information required by law or an unresolved transaction. Clear browser site data to remove your locally stored bag. This site is not intended for children placing orders.
