These terms apply to purchases of physical payment display stickers from Tarun Mishra, trading as Trust Payments, an individually operated business at Godrej ECity, Electronic City Phase 1, Bengaluru 560100, Karnataka, India. Seller and support information appears on our contact page.
Products and acceptable use
Review the design, pack quantity, size and final specifications before ordering. Previews are illustrative and screen colours may differ from printed colours. Display only the payment methods your business accepts. Stickers do not enable or guarantee payment acceptance. Brand names remain the property of their respective owners; their appearance does not imply endorsement or affiliation.
Orders, pricing and payment
You must be at least 18 or have authority to order for a business. Provide accurate delivery and contact information. Prices and shipping are displayed in INR before payment; applicable taxes are included in the displayed price once sales open. Razorpay handles payment details. An order is paid only after capture is confirmed on the server. A payment authorisation alone does not confirm fulfilment.
Availability and fulfilment
We may decline or cancel an order for unavailable stock, an incorrect listing, fraud or an unserviceable delivery address. If already paid, cancelled orders are refunded through the original payment method under our refund policy. We will not substitute products or charge a changed price without your agreement.
Cancellations, delivery and returns
The cancellation and refund policy and shipping policy form part of these terms. Contact support promptly if there is a problem with your order.
Responsibility and disputes
Use stickers on suitable surfaces following the published instructions. We are not responsible for your payment provider’s services. Nothing in these terms excludes statutory consumer rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded. These terms are governed by applicable laws of India. Please contact the seller first to seek resolution of a dispute.
Changes
We may update these terms for future purchases. The terms shown when an order is placed apply to that order.
